Cleaning Furnace

Vacuum cleaning furnace includes vacuum cleaning furnace body, furnace cover and waste collection system, vacuum system, sealing system, electric heating system controlled by computer, water cooling system and cleaning material handling system.

The principle of furnace is use medium frequency induction heating method to heat graphite heater which set in induction coil under vacuum condition or atmosphere protection, graphite heater create high temperature and radiate it to work pieces, make them achieve demand temperature. It mainly applied for new materials silicon carbide reaction sintering, sintering temperature near 2500 degree Celsius. Its main constituent parts are debinding system, dedusting system, rapid cooling system (special air duct), heating chamber, vacuum system, heating system and so on. Furnace type has vertical, horizontal, bottom loading three types.
